I've always believed that. Every campaign carries forward what worked, what didn't, what the data said, what the room felt. I stay close to what's moving: campaign insights, design references, AI tools, Reddit threads, cultural signals. Not to chase trends but to stay calibrated. So when
a brief lands, the thinking is already warm.
That curiosity doesn't stop at the desk. It runs through everything football tactics, fashion, a good coffee ritual, how a gym session compounds over months. The same pattern. Show up, pay attention, get better.
